DKA maintains full time quality control staff in the factory during all phases of production, insuring the vendors are meeting critical points of production, the procurement of raw materials, hardware, and HP Laminates.
Project dates are monitored to meet the final production and shipping dates, and clients are alerted when anything affecting production might come up.
All products are manufactured against client approved CAD drawings provided by the factory and signed off by the client. Pre-production samples are made when required for customer approval, and color boards are made to insure the finish of the wood and veneers matches the client approved samples and HP Laminate selection.
It is against these client approved specs and finishes that DKA QC inspectors work and maintain during all phases of production.
Packing is based on commercially viable cartons, corner blocks, and supports, again with approval of the clients for the strengths and standards of the export cartons or crates as well as markings of the cartons for each project.
